This is my version of Harry Lorayne's The Card Shark and the 4 Gamblers. I always loved this "story routine", but did not like the one-hand slip cut, which was not very convincing - in my hands. I tried to make the cleanest one-hand cut possible, and keep the entertaining aspect of the routine, adding also more cuts.

Bonjour, j'aimerai me fabriquer cette version du puzzle paradox de Freer (et d'autres aussi d'ailleurs) , voici ma question en essayant d'etre discret : Au départ y-a-t'il une différence de hauteur sur le petit bloc (et si non comment ont-ils pu gérer ?) J'ai du mal à comprendre ce détail... c'est un principe intéressant car pas de lapp...g ! Bonne soirée et merci d'avance (je suis magicien amateur très éclairé)

it's not that complicated, you swap what piece ends up the shorter by flipping witch ones goes with it's high peak towards the middle. this changes the cards shape slightly by making it less taller by just a tiny bit and thus losing area, this area is removed from needing the extra piece when it was the wide piece beeing "shorter" part.
Is it angle sensitive? Examinable by the spectator after the trick?

Oh sorry! Yes, there is a small metallic ball inside the cube that follows the right path when you place the cube on "1-2-3-4-5-6" - and opens it. Sweet.
@@jjsanvert thank you for your answer, but the last step when you turn to the six what sort of lock is unlocked. I am curious what the ball does at the final stage?
I really don't know - it is inside the dice! All I jnow is that the turning of the dice guides the ball inside it, and opens it. I suppose the last move unlocks something...
